I am a photographer, filmmaker, and storyteller. I aim to capture the nuanced and often underrepresented narratives of Black queer women, black gender expansive identities, and woman-loving-woman relationships. My advocacy background informs my artistic practice, allowing me to deeply engage with the intersections of race, gender, and sexuality that shape personal and collective experiences.
I strive to create visual stories that challenge societal norms, using my lens as a tool for activism and change. My visual approach is deeply influenced by documentary-style photography and filmmaking, with a cinematic, moody aesthetic that allows viewers to immerse themselves in the moments I capture.
